Pay Range: $25 - $29.40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Support client onboarding, account setup, and client transitions.
- Handle ongoing account maintenance, including account names, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements, and authorized contacts.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests and provide proactive client updates.
- Support client cash-flow requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs.
- Update client and authorized third-party contact information in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports and presentations.
- Support Client/Relationship Manager meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Complete due diligence activities and client questionnaires.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve client experience issues.
- Participate in projects focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and client service improvements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, banking, asset management, investment management, or a related environment.
- Experience with client onboarding, account maintenance, or client operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to client requests.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
