Client Services Associate


A highly respected single family office is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support family principals, affiliated entities, and external advisors. This role partners closely with leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, confidential environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate family meetings, events, and advisor communications
  • Manage legal, financial, and governance documentation
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Track projects, open items, and document execution workflows
  • Liaise with outside advisors and service providers
  • Support operational, administrative, and strategic family office initiatives


Qualifications:


  • 2–5 years of experience in a family office, private wealth, or executive support environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Financial literacy and experience working with complex documents preferred
  • Proactive, service-oriented and excels in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail.
