The Fountain Group is hiring for a prominent client in St. Cloud, MN.
Client Services Associate (Contract – 6 Months | Potential to Extend/Convert)
Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour
We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to support customer and vendor operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with order fulfillment, client support, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies
- Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings
- Support order fulfillment and resolve customer/vendor issues efficiently
- Explain service offerings, processes, and delivery options to internal/external stakeholders
- Make timely, informed decisions to meet client expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency
- Recommend and help implement process improvements
- Assist with training customers, vendors, and team members on systems and requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree OR 1+ year of customer service / administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry proficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
