Client Service Associate

Location: Worcester, MA

Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 + bonus (based on experience)

Status: Full time, hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our advisors in delivering a high-touch client experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a relationship-driven environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, coordinating service needs, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and consistent support.

In your new role, you can expect to:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone and email, providing responsive and professional support
  • Develop strong client relationships by delivering a personalized service experience
  • Schedule client meetings, send reminders, provide updates, and assist with client follow-up communications
  • Respond to client questions and service requests while ensuring a positive client experience
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering required documentation and coordinating account paperwork
  • Support account transfers, account maintenance requests, and ongoing client service needs
  • Track and communicate updates related to paperwork, transfers, and account changes
  • Assist clients with online portal access, login support, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate client information, notes, and activity records within the CRM system
  • Prepare standard client reports and assist with client communications
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, scheduling, and administrative needs
  • Assist with technology-related questions from clients and internal team members, including portal access and navigation issues
  • Maintain and support CRM systems and assist with process improvements
  • Help train team members on new technology tools, updates, and best practices

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services support, preferably in a Client Service Associate role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online client portals
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms such as Schwab and Advyzon is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with advisors and team members
