As the first point of contact for students, clients, and staff, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive atmosphere in our school.

Greet clients with a warm, welcoming presence
Schedule and re-book appointments to support salon goals
Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships
Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Maintain inventory and place orders as needed
Foster a positive and professional environment for students, teachers, and clients
