Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Strong ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
