Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Delivery Analyst to join our team supporting Nasdaq Governance Solutions. The role requires strong experience in client service, software application support, and stakeholder communication with a proven ability to manage time-sensitive client requests, deliver effective user training, and collaborate across product and engineering teams. This is an onsite role with two contractor openings. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:30 p.m. ET.
Responsibilities:
- Support mandatory MFA migration activities for clients.
- Provide e-mail and telephone support for Board Portal software.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships by delivering value and anticipating needs.
- Deliver user training and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in identifying business and system requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of operational and user documentation.
- Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers.
- Promote new features and company capabilities to clients.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft client solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong affinity for working with software applications and user support.
- Experience in a client-facing role supporting sophisticated products.
- Effective collaboration skills with a positive, performance-driven approach.
- Reliable, detail-focused, and resilient under pressure.
- Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Ability to multitask and learn beyond the immediate remit.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with corporate governance or board portal platforms.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in a technology environment.
