Schwab's service team is at the heart of our firm's commitment to helping clients own their financial futures. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans. You'll take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer them world-class solutions. Here, you will take charge of your own professional journey by attending a structured training program, participating in on-the-job learning, and receiving individual coaching and support, with a focus on growing your expertise on retirement products and services. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

NOTE: The office is located at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix AZ. The New Hire Training Class is August 17th, 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab''s training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 6:30am to 8:00pm Local AZ Time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client's financial needs.
  • Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquires both through technology-based research and working closely with partners.
  • Receptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Desire to gain financial licenses such as FINRA Series 7 or 63
