Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.

Bring your passion for helping people and your drive to make a difference. At Schwab, our service team is at the heart of helping participants own their financial futures. As the trusted voice on the line, you'll answer inbound calls from employer sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants, listening actively, taking ownership, and turning every conversation into an opportunity to educate and solve problems. You'll take a consultative approach to demystify plan features and guide people toward confident decisions, using our integrated systems and resources to deliver world‑class solutions that truly matter. You don't need a finance background; what sets you apart is your commitment to serving others and your eagerness to learn and grow.

Here, you chart your professional journey through structured training, on-the-job learning, and individual coaching, building expertise in retirement products and client service while developing skills that can launch a rewarding career in financial services.

If you're ready to make an impact and build a future you're proud of, this is where your journey begins.
