We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional client support in a busy veterinary practice with over 40 years of service.
Responsibilities include multitasking in a fast-paced environment, scheduling and confirming appointments, recommending products and services, educating clients on pet care, handling payments, managing medical records, and making follow-up calls.
Qualifications include at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, compassion for animals and clients, and good decision-making abilities.
