Client Service Representative at VCA Peachtree Animal Hospital
Schedule: Full-time opportunity, with rotating Saturdays

The Role
As a Client Service Representative you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You'll work closely with our veterinarians and patient care team in helping guide clients through their pet's care with confidence and compassion.
What You'll Do
Greet clients and patients warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries
Manage appointment flow to support efficiency for the medical team
Accurately enter and update patient and client information in the computer system
Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and kennel staff to ensure continuity of care
Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and general pet care
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, email communication, and record keeping
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
