Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. As the first and last point of contact in our hospital, our Veterinary Client Service Representatives play a critical role in shaping the client experience and supporting exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Educate clients on services, wellness plans, and preventative care
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system
- Coordinate with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling to optimize hospital efficiency
- Support boarding and grooming service coordination when needed
Communication & Relationship Building
- Provide clear explanations of hospital policies and services
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high customer service standards
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1+ year of customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred
- Experience in a veterinary hospital, pet care facility, or medical office strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
