As a Client Care Specialist/Veterinary Receptionist you will:
- Be the face of the office
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Have empathy for both our clients and your team members
- Speak in a clear and concise manner that is easy for clients to understand
- Be a team player, well organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Continue to learn and grow with our team
The position includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking in/out patients
- Completing follow up and reminder calls
- Maintaining internal communication with the doctors and staff
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and in person
- Able to answer client questions with confidence
- Troubleshoot client issues and know when to partner internally for escalations
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Critical thinking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and technical skills
- Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Work Tuesday through Saturday

Experience:
- Front Desk: 2 Years (required)
