We are looking for a full-time proactive, Client Service Specialist. The Client Service Specialist plays an instrumental role as the face of the organization ensuring all aspects of the customer’s project are planned and coordinated ensuring accurate, timely, and exceptional service from project inception to after sale. The Client Service Representative collaborates and liaises with team leaders, supervisors, stakeholders, i.e. sales, prepress, production, shipping, etc., to ensure products are produced correctly, delivered on time, and remunerated appropriately.
Compensation ranges from $55k - $60k depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including all first aid injuries, accidents and workplace hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area embracing the 5S program.
- Organize and complete internal and external documents required to onboard the customer.
- Review incoming projects, expeditiously, consult with internal teams, define, communicate and document customer requirements.
- Process inquires, requests, and orders with accurate and complete input into ERP systems
- Provide timely and consistent status updates internally and externally; manage the customer’s expectations on lead times.
- Lead and direct press approval processes in conjunction with Sales and Production.
- Monitor finished goods and customer-supplied inventory levels to eliminate the risk of obsolescence while ensuring compliance to customer agreements.
- Ensure compliance with inventory programs, such as; Make and Hold, Min/Max, and VMI.
- Review and submit aged inventory, open order report, and art traffic report as required.
- Process required billings for unshipped inventory (ex: obsolete finished goods) per the agreement
- Identify trends within inventory movement and suggest process improvements maintain a consistent flow throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate and respond to customer requests and complaints, including root cause identification, elimination and credit processing
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
- 4-year degree or combination of equivalent business experience and education.
Technical Skills
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a manufacturing setting with demonstrated knowledge of Flexible Packaging and Prepress (Art/design)
- Flexible Packaging

- Business Acumen / Alignment
- Demonstrated proficiency with data entry, Excel and Microsoft Office
