Village Veterinary Medical Center is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Knoxville, TN.

Hospital Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the heart of client communication and the first impression of our practice, both on the phone and in person. In this role, you will help ensure a seamless and positive client experience while supporting the medical team and maintaining efficient hospital operations.

CSRs combine exceptional customer service, organization, and compassion to support clients and patients—especially during potentially stressful situations—while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments 
  • Maintain communication between clients and medical team
  • Prepare and maintain medical records
  • Process payment and financial transactions
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills 
  • Effectively manage multi-line phone system

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
