We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Client Service Representative Qualifications

The ideal CSR candidate shares Anicira’s commitment to delivering high-quality patient care alongside exceptional client service. This role is essential in creating a supportive, welcoming environment for both clients and their pets.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:

  • Provide excellent client service at all times
  • Demonstrate respect, professionalism, and friendliness toward clients and team members
  • Foster an inclusive, non-judgmental environment that respects cultural differences
  • Build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to general inquiries
  • Present and explain fees, estimates, and treatment plans clearly and compassionately
  • Utilize practice management software effectively
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and accurately triage calls
  • Maintain clear, professional communication (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate a positive, calm, and engaging phone presence
  • Think critically and problem-solve using sound judgment
  • Generate hospital forms and reports as needed
  • Educate clients on services, products, and care recommendations
  • Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and correspondence
  • Triage patients as needed and alert veterinary technicians and doctors
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Review and determine eligibility for financial assistance programs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional hospital environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

  • Four-day work week
  • 6:45 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Physical & Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move patients and supplies as needed
  • Comfortable working around animals and in a medical environment
