Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide professional end-to-end operational support for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients
Respond to client inquiries through various channels to ensure quality service and operational efficiency
Conduct basic research and resolve routine requests
Identify and escalate potential issues or risk concerns in daily operations
Perform general operational tasks, including mail sorting and distribution
