They will handle customer service tasks such as greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding clients and pets.
The role includes explaining fees, processing payments, recommending products/services, educating clients on pet care, managing medical records, and maintaining a clean hospital environment.
Qualifications include at least one year of customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, compassion for pets and people, decision-making abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
