Qualifications include at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, compassion for pets and people, decision-making ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 40 lbs and exposure to pet-related hazards.
