Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).
  • Previous customer service, client support, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
