Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, account rounding, and lead follow-up
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the agency's existing client base
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Build long-term relationships that promote client retention and agency growth
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to confidently recommend products and ask for the sale
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
