This position offers paid vacation from the start, 5 PTO days, and paid holidays. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.
The role involves providing exceptional client service as the first point of contact, handling various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cashier's checks, and foreign exchange. The individual must ensure efficient branch operations, identify client needs through meaningful conversations, and refer clients to bankers when appropriate.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, cash handling experience, proficiency with basic computer systems, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. The position emphasizes building strong client relationships and supporting community-focused banking.
