Client Service Specialist
Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking Client Service Specialists to join a growing client support team. This position focuses on assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting issues related to an online client portal while delivering a high level of customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in gaining experience within a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer calls regarding online account access and portal functionality.
  • Assist customers with navigation, login issues, password resets, and general troubleshooting.
  • Research customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Educate customers on portal features and available resources.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
  • Support team objectives and additional service-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, retail, hospitality, banking, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Interest in financial services, wealth management, insurance services, or other professional services environments.
Pay Rate:  Up to $25.92 per hour depending on experience
