    Position: Client Service Specialist
    Firm: EPI Financial Group
    Location: Troy, MI
     
    Overview:
     
    Join a trusted leader in the financial and estate planning industry! EPI Financial Group based out of Troy, MI began over twenty years ago with a vision: to help individuals coordinate their finances with their estate planning needs.
     
    As an integral member of the team, the Client Service Specialist is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and support. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and advisors, helping to coordinate client needs, streamline service requests, and enhance the overall client experience.
     
     
    What You’ll Do:
    • Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable, and dependable point of contact for clients
    • Answer phones in a friendly, warm manner
    • Communicate with clients professionally by telephone, email, and in person
    • Assist with annuity servicing, life insurance paperwork, and death claims
    • Prepare and process client documents and account forms
    • Prepare documentation and materials in advance of client appointments
    • Maintain accurate client information, notes, documents, and outstanding tasks in the firm’s CRM (Redtail)
    • Setting appointments as needed
    • Support day-to-day office operations and provide backup assistance to team members as needed, contributing to the success of a highly collaborative and service-oriented team
    • Maintain job-related/industry specific compliance files
    • Assist clients with issues, concerns and account inquiries
     
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written delivered with a sincere and caring attitude
    • Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
    • Insurance license preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days
    • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Thrive in a “time sensitive” environment and adaptable to change without affecting the quality of work
    • Possess a willingness to learn and openness to feedback
     
    Bonus Points:
    • 1+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
    • Knowledge of living trusts, annuity or life insurance
    • AE Wealth Management/Schwab/Fidelity platforms
     
    What You’ll Get:
     
    Pay & Perks:
    • $50k - $60k/year based on experience
    • Firm paid health and dental insurance after 90 days
    • 401k with matching

    Schedule:
    • In office: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
