Client Services Accountant

Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis area to identify an Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and track financial schedules in alignment with applicable documentation and requirements.
• Prepare disbursements and manage funding across banking platforms.
• Complete portfolio reporting and perform reconciliations for assigned entities.
• Review tax returns and support related tax and audit activities.
• Support full deal lifecycle, including closings and exits.
• Act as point of contact for investors, lenders, and partners.
• Prepare loan reporting compliance certificates and financial statements.
• Maintain entity-level bookkeeping and monitor cash flow across NMTC structures.
