<\/i> <\/i> <\/i> ·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Interacts with clients via telephone or email, to provide support and information on products or services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collects and enters requests for new or additional services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assigns and schedules services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Fields client inquires and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Performs client satisfaction calls.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Attends in -service training as required by regulation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Adheres to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.<\/span><\/span>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Skills/Abilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent communication skills including active listening.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Service -oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.<\/span><\/span>

Education and Experience:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h2>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years relevant experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Associates degree or equivalent with at least one -year related experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Customer service experience required.<\/span><\/span>
