Client Services Associate - Engin
A well-established, client-first wealth management firm in Littleton, Colorado is adding a Client Services Associate to its growing team. This role offers direct advisor mentorship, a shorter Friday schedule, and a genuine path to deeper specialization in financial operations.
What you will do:
- Own the client experience from first contact: greet high-net-worth clients, manage front-desk communications, and handle incoming calls and mail with professionalism.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars for three Colorado-based advisors, scheduling client review meetings to maximize advisor availability.
- Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, serving as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and follow-up.
- Prepare, process, and track financial paperwork including new account applications, asset transfers, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records in the firm CRM and internal databases in line with regulatory standards.
- Provide rotating operational support to the annuity, insurance, trading, and cashiering teams, building cross-functional knowledge over time.
- Identify process gaps and proactively surface solutions that improve office efficiency.
What you need:
- 1 or more years of client service or operations experience inside a wealth management, financial advisory, or brokerage firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline. Paperwork accuracy and compliance records are central to this role.
- Comfort working across multiple operational areas and willingness to learn new systems as the firm grows.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency with wealth management CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar.
- Familiarity with financial software used in trading, cashiering, or annuity processing.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multiple advisors or working in a multi-service financial practice.
Pay and benefits:
- Salary: $52,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
- Mentorship from experienced advisors and a defined path toward a specialized operations role.

Location and schedule:
- Location: Littleton, Colorado. 100% in-office.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Total weekly hours: Approximately 35 hours.
