Client Services / Operations Associate - Boutique Wealth Manager in Westchester County, NY

Our client, a boutique wealth manager in Westchester County, is looking to add a Client Services/Operations Associate to their growing team. This person will play a key role in supporting high-net-worth clients, managing complex account operations, and partnering closely with a collaborative leadership team. 

The firm offers the opportunity to work in a more personalized environment where attention to detail, relationship management, and operational excellence are highly valued.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support new account openings, incoming account transfers, cashiering requests, wires, journals, checks, EFTs, RMDs, and 529 plan distributions.
  • Monitor incoming communications for required follow-up, including capital calls, custodian alerts, tax payments, RMDs, and securities gifting.
  • Provide backup support for other client service and operations associates and assist with time-sensitive requests as needed.
  • Support audits, document requests, and ad hoc operational projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain electronic files, client records, PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, and related materials in accordance with firm standards.

Requirements: 

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a wealth management firm.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape, Morningstar Direct, and FactSet is helpful but not required.

$85K - $110K base salary, dependent on experience.
