Client Services Associate

HHM Wealth Advisors is seeking a CSA to join our team.As a member of the Client Service Team, the Client Service Associate (CSA) responsibilities focus on the daily activities that support our mission of providing excellent client service. Duties and responsibilities will include the support of all partners, advisors and staff members.This role will be onsite in Chattanooga, TN.Areas of focus:Deliver superior client serviceServe as liaison between advisor and clientManage client informationDuties and Responsibilities:Trader:Accurately execute tradesVerify trades dailyComplete trade corrections quickly and efficientlyClient Service:Schedule client review meetingsCreate portfolio review documentationMaintain CRM with appropriate review schedules with updates as necessaryManage client requests efficientlyNew Clients/Account MaintenanceClient onboardingDocument generation and processingClient file documentation maintenanceQualifications:Client first attitudeA team player, collaborative, able to work with othersDesire/ability to work successfully in a small company environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize a variety of activitiesStrong analytical and financial skillsOrganized/detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, OutlookWillingness to learn new tasks/programs/software
