Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Service and support Investment and Banking clients through inbound and outbound phone interactions.
  • Handle client requests and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
  • Assist clients with banking and investment-related products and services.
  • Resolve client issues from start to finish using a closed-loop resolution process.
  • Escalate opportunities to Wealth Advisors, Lending Officers, and other business partners when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Manage client follow-up activities and support risk management initiatives.
Required Skills :
  • Active SIE License.
  • Active Series 7 License.
  • Active Series 66 License (or Series 63 & 65 combination).
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services, investments, or banking products.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
Nice to Have Skills / Experience:
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service within banking, investments, or financial services.
  • Understanding of investment products and financial planning concepts.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
