This is the ideal role for an innovator with a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury.\n \nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day\n Greet and welcome RH Clients and assist with any questions or concerns\n Assist in connecting clients with the right Associates based on their purchase needs\n Assist and communicate with clients in the Gallery, over the phone and through email\n Provide an elevated level of client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve client concerns\n Become well-versed on RH product and offerings \n Create a luxury service experience in every interaction\n Exhibit broad understanding of the organisation\n \nOUR REQUIREMENTS\n\n Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred\n Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities\n Strong organisational and time management skills\n Strong verbal and written communication skills\n Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels\n People and relationship-driven\n Commitment to quality, detail-focused on all levels\n Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications\n \nOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\n Ability to lift and mobilise small to medium items up to 15 kg while utilising appropriate equipment and techniques\n Ability to manoeuvre effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office\n* Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing\n\n
