As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patients both over the phone and in person.We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate!As a Client Services Associate, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals.We offer flexible working hours, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment. Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.Flexibility is essential in this role.
