Location: West Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Overtime: May be required based on business needs

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Associate to join our team in West Sacramento. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional service from project initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination or project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management or project coordination experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in the print and mail industry is a plus, but not required.
