Job Title: Client Services / Business Development Executive – IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Client Services / Business Development Executive to support the growth of our IT Workforce Solutions business. This role focuses on client relationship management, business development, and account growth. The ideal candidate is eager to build a career in sales, client engagement, and workforce solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within current client accounts.

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Support revenue growth through disciplined sales activity and performance tracking.

  • Contribute to overall business development strategy and client retention efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Willingness to learn IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition strategies.

  • Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.

  • Must be based in Central New Jersey and available for onsite work.
