About the Position: Client Services Lead Associate

GFI Ikigai is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Services Lead Associate. This key role focuses on managing client relationships and providing top-tier customer support. Operating on a part-time basis, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by handling a portfolio of client accounts with dedication to satisfaction, growth, and education in personal financial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Client Services Lead Associate and primary contact for clients, ensuring complete client satisfaction
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely support to clients and associates
  • Educate clients on financial knowledge, including business, investments, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
  • Customization of financial plans with budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning guidance
  • Leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance account value and satisfaction



Requirements

  • 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in managing client relationships
  • A Life Producer license is required within the first two weeks of employment
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and generating basic reports
  • Capable of analyzing account health metrics and composing concise reports
  • Experience or potential in identifying growth opportunities



Additional Qualifications

  • Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are preferred
  • Experience in education, coaching, military, or elite athletics is advantageous
  • Must be an entrepreneurial, self-driven individual eager to grow and make a positive impact
  • Beneficial: Advanced negotiation skills or technical troubleshooting capabilities
