Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator with CRM focus to support the maintenance and optimization of our client's CRM system. This role focuses on data accuracy, internal support, and coordinating communication across teams. Prior experience in financial industry highly preferred over other industries.
Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system
Monitor and assign incoming web leads
Support internal teams with CRM updates and basic troubleshooting
Manage shared inboxes, inbound calls, and request routing
Send approved client communications and track account activity
Assist with website updates (WordPress) and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
Maintain internal reports, spreadsheets, and system data
Experience with CRM systems
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Proactive, self-starter mindset
