Client Experience Coordinator / Front Desk
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM through end of november
Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hr

We are seeking a polished, organized Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Meet and greet clients and visitors; maintain a professional front desk presence
• Set up and coordinate Zoom meetings
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative and general office support
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Prior front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
