Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing professional services firm in New York, for a Client Services Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day connective tissue between the firm and its client accounts. Day-to-day, you will juggle inboxes, calendars, and check-ins across a portfolio of client accounts, making sure nothing falls through the cracks while keeping every interaction warm and professional. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to service teams
Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and deliverable deadlines
Maintain accurate client records and account notes in the CRM system
Track open client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, and client-facing documents
Partner with internal teams to relay client feedback and escalate issues as needed
Monitor client satisfaction and flag at-risk accounts to management
Assist with invoicing, contract renewals, and administrative account tasks
Support special projects and process improvements for the client services team
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in a client services, account coordination, or customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and priorities at once
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Availability to work onsite in New York, NY on a hybrid schedule
