Job Description
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor check-in procedures, including issuing visitor credentials and notifying appropriate employees of arrivals.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting with conference call setup and related communications.
- Coordinate meeting and conference room reservations using the designated scheduling system.
- Confirm meeting details with organizers and follow up as needed to ensure rooms, schedules, and arrangements are accurate.
- Coordinate requests with appropriate internal teams and external service providers to support meetings and events.
- Communicate with building or facility representatives as needed regarding meeting and visitor-related requests.
- Conduct regular checks of meeting spaces to ensure rooms are properly arranged and equipped prior to scheduled meetings and events.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders.
