Client Services Coordinator – Event & Hospitality Industry

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support our customers throughout the event planning process. In this role, you will work directly with clients, help them select the perfect linen options, provide product recommendations, support our sales team, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate with customers through phone, email, online chat, and in-person showroom visits.
Help clients select linen products and event solutions based on their design needs.
Gather event details and recommend products that fit their vision and budget.
Prepare quotes, contracts, and customer documentation.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, account updates, and administrative tasks.
Process payments, credit memos, and customer account information accurately.
Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate records while managing multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sales support, or event industry experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone and in person.
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing needs.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Schedule:
Full-time position.
Occasional evening and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
