Position Summary

The Client Services Coordinator will support daily client operations, assist with benefits administration processes, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Assist with employee enrollments, policy updates, and benefits documentation
  • Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information
  • Support claims assistance and eligibility verification processes
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client concerns
  • Provide administrative support to the benefits and advisory teams

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of customer service, administrative, or insurance-related experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
