Proactively follow up on assignments, including addressing delays, rejections, or missing information before they become problems

Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates throughout each job

Maintain detailed, organized documentation so everyone on the team has the visibility they need

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and flag them for improvement

Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time

    Preferred:

Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations

Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms

Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations

You Will Thrive Here If You Are

Someone who stays calm and focused when the volume picks up

A self-starter who takes ownership and does not wait to be directed

Detail-oriented in a way that matters: you get it right the first time, every time
