What You Will Do
As a Client Services Manager, you'll own the success of a portfolio of fast-growing CPG brands-ensuring seamless execution and a white glove approach across fulfillment, logistics, and client experience. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and our operations team, driving both day-to-day excellence and long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of fulfillment client partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Identify and implement efficiency-driving initiatives that support client success and operational scalability
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients-email, phone, video, and in-person
- Support internal teams with tasks including: invoicing & billing accuracy, client-facing communication & updates, transportation coordination, and inventory flow and exception management
- Strategize new sales channels and opportunities for client revenue growth within Full Good Fulfillment
- Understand each client's SKUs and specific program requirements, including DTC, Wholesale, Kitting, and more
- Own the accuracy and creation of pack-out guides and SOPs
- Perform weekly and monthly client performance and service-level evaluations
- Build and manage internal and client-facing transportation programs (inbound/outbound logistics)
- Develop and implement an appointment management system for inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Client Services to ensure successful program launches and ongoing service execution
- Process and oversee all order types: DTC, B2B/Wholesale, Amazon, EDI, Subscription, and Seasonal
Who You Are
You're someone who genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional client experience and takes pride in getting the details right. You're proactive, resourceful, and love solving problems before they become problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance relationship-building with operational execution.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a customer facing role (bonus if it's in CPG, logistics, fulfillment, or all of the above)
- Rockstar communicator and relationship builder
- LOVES working on a team in a fast paced environment
- Operationally savvy. You know how to connect the dots between client needs and warehouse workflows
- Tech-friendly: Google Drive, QuickBooks/Bill.com, Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, TikTok Shop, and more
- Food warehouse knowledge is a big plus (FIFO, HACCP, USDA standards)
- Organized, coachable, resourceful, and cool under pressure
- Willing and able to work onsite in our Denver office 5 days a week
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - 85,000 (final salary commensurate with experience) + annual bonus tied to company performance and client success
