Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, including conducting performance reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Planning, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in the wealth management or financial planning sector.
Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
Proficiency with generic office software and financial platforms.
