Client Services Manager (Patient Access HUB) — Remote (US)

Location: Remote (United States)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week , 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $51.72/hour (W2)


Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Consultant with a strong mix of technical client support , project coordination , and Specialty Pharmaceutical Patient Access HUB experience. This Customer Service Consultant role supports complex patient access and support workflows, requiring confident executive-level communication, strong project management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. If you’ve supported HUB services (benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, specialty pharmacy coordination) and can also manage client-facing delivery and reporting, this is a great fit.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service support for healthcare/patient access stakeholders in a HUB services environment
  • Support patient access and reimbursement workflows , including benefits investigation/benefits verification , prior authorizations (PA) , and appeals tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (operations, client stakeholders, support teams) to drive timely resolution of issues
  • Manage escalation handling, documentation, and follow-up to ensure strong client experience and service outcomes
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, trackers, and status updates for multiple concurrent priorities
  • Prepare professional written updates and executive-ready summaries, reports, and presentations
  • Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case activity in required systems/tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years of client relationship management / account management experience
  • Strong preference for prior experience in a Specialty Pharmaceutical Patient Access HUB / patient support program environment
  • 8+ years of experience in professional services, healthcare, or related field , serving in a technical capacity
  • Strong project management skills (planning, tracking, prioritization, risk/issue management)
  • Excellent oral and written communication , including executive-facing presentation experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong ability to learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts quickly while managing multiple projects
