Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Business Insurance Executives, Consultants, clients, and insurance carriers.
- \n
- Independently manage an existing book of commercial lines business, ensuring exceptional client service at all times.
- \n
- Input and maintain client information and documentation in the client management system according to established workflows.
- \n
- Respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails from clients, carriers, and colleagues, addressing questions and concerns efficiently.
- \n
- Prepare and deliver renewal strategies, proposals, binders, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, E&S affidavits, and other documentation for new and renewal business.
- \n
- Review contractual insurance requirements and issue certificates of insurance in compliance with client needs.
- \n
- Quote policies and process endorsements on carrier websites as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- \n
- Lead and manage the renewal marketing process, supporting negotiations with underwriters and ensuring deadlines are met.
- \n
- Delegate specific workflows to Client Service Coordinators and oversee their execution and delivery.
- \n
- Attend and actively participate in department and company meetings.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong expertise in commercial lines insurance and client servicing.

- Demonstrated experience managing a book of business within the insurance industry.

- Proficient in quoting policies, endorsements, and preparing client-facing insurance documents.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

- High attention to detail in client management systems and workflow adherence.
- \n
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

- Organizational skills for managing renewals, marketing processes, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
