Client Services & Front Office Operations
· Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
· Coordinate client scheduling and assist with intake communications
· Maintain conference rooms and overall office presentation
· Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries and office communications
· Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
· Order and track office supplies
Marketing & Business Development Support
· Assist with social media coordination and content updates
· Support the firm's website, newsletters, and online presence
· Assist with client communications and marketing materials
· Support business development and client engagement efforts
· Participate in projects that help strengthen the firm's visibility and growth
