As a Client Service & Operations Associate, you will help maintain efficient business operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with account paperwork and operational documentation
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and client communications
- Support advisors with administrative and operational needs
- Track pending items and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain organized client files and records
- Provide exceptional service to clients and business partners
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations
What You Will Bring- Financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms
- Desire to build a long-term career with a growing practice
- Willingness to obtain Insurance and Investment licenses
What We Offer- Part-time or fulltime position.
