This person will guide clients through complex account opening processes with care and precision, while nurturing strong relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and a high‑touch service approach. This role requires someone not afraid to pivot between responsibilities without losing accuracy and momentum and maintaining a positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Provide front-to-back operational support for complex account openings, ensuring the client is successfully onboarded, documentation is complete and accurate, technical issues are resolved, and questions are answered promptly.
Become a trusted point of contact and deliver exceptional client experiences by managing a high volume of communications and service requests with speed and precision.
Support financial advisors by preparing client review materials and maintaining account documentation.
Own operational excellence by mastering CRM tools and proactively resolving client service issues in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrate initiative by actively learning, asking thoughtful questions, and seeking out ways to improve processes and client outcomes.
Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and the ability to step back and see the big picture.

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 to $35.00/hour.
