ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support private banking loan operations from initial application through processing and fulfillment. This individual will help ensure loan information and documentation are accurate, client requests are handled efficiently, and transactions move smoothly through the appropriate internal and external channels.

The successful candidate will collaborate with relationship management, portfolio teams, legal counsel, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver a high level of service. Depending on business needs, responsibilities may focus on application intake, document preparation, loan modifications, or the initiation of funds requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify that client information is complete and accurate across loan applications, internal systems, and transaction documents.
• Support the private banking fulfillment team in processing loan-related requests and coordinating transaction requirements.
• Assist with assigned functions such as application intake, loan document preparation, modification processing, and initiating funds requests.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, sales representatives, portfolio managers, borrowers, legal counsel, compliance teams, and other authorized parties to facilitate loan transactions.
• Maintain close attention to detail throughout the loan process to help ensure accurate documentation and a smooth client experience.
• Respond to client and internal requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with banking operations and other departments to identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen existing processes.
• Contribute to team initiatives and complete assigned projects as needed.
